Eastmark closed out 2015 ranked 1st in Arizona and 7th in the nation among the top selling master-planned communities.
Eastmark made top 10 in the nation in 2015 on two of the industry’s leading real estate lists: RCLCO ranked Eastmark 7th in the nation, and John Burns Real Estate Consulting ranked Eastmark 8th in the nation.
The community saw strong traffic and sales in its neighborhoods all year, averaging 50 homes sold per month.
“Eastmark’s inclusion in this prestigious list is a testament to the incredible place that Eastmark is becoming, and the sustained growth and demand in the Southeast Valley,” said Dea McDonald, Eastmark’s General Manager and Senior Vice President for DMB.
According to resident surveys, Eastmark’s buyers enjoy the strong community life developing in the community. This includes large-scale public events and more intimate resident programs, and in the spring of 2016, a resort-style pool and recreation center for neighborly connections. Buyers also appreciate living in the heart of the region’s transportation system with direct connection to employment, schools and parks.
