Scottsdale-based developer DMB has promoted Charley Freericks to president. He was previously senior vice president of the company’s commercial division.
As the company enters a new phase of active development, it is repositioning its team, founding partner Drew Brown said in the announcement Tuesday.
DMB recently launched its Eastmark project on the former GM Proving Grounds in Mesa. DMB’s Verrado community in Buckeye continues to draw buyers and has several years before it is built out.
“We are thrilled to have (Freericks) leading the company during a very dynamic period of growth for our operations,” said Brown, who is chairman of DMB.
Freericks joined DMB in 1997 and has served as the general manager for Verrado and DC Ranch in Scottsdale as well as the senior executive in charge of Marley Park in Surprise and One Scottsdale.
