July 5, 2012

DMB Associates’ is very excited to announce the first phase of residential development at Eastmark will include seven of Arizona’s most respected homebuilders who will add more than 700 homes to the new community.

In keeping with Eastmark’s commitment to create a variety of residential options for its neighborhoods, the lineup of builders includes publicly traded, national, regional and local companies. The builder roster includes: Maracay Homes (NYSE: WY), Mattamy Homes, Taylor Morrison, Woodside Homes, Trend Homes,  CalAtlanticHomes.com and Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH).

The builders will soon break ground in preparation for Eastmark’s planned launch in May 2013. The seven builders’ combined investment in land and improvements is nearly $50 million and their effects are expected to support hundreds of jobs across the ten neighborhoods within this first phase.

These builder commitments demonstrate a level of confidence in the residential real estate market in the East Valley and in Arizona. Eastmark’s strategic location and integrated plan positions the community to be an economic and employment engine for the region and the Heart and Hub of the East Valley.
