DC Ranch

Scottsdale, Arizona

A living legacy that preserves the high desert

Developed in partnership with the Marley-Corrigan Family, DC Ranch upholds the singular beauty and integrity of the Sonoran desert. More than half of the community is land that’s protected now and for future generations. Never predictable or static in design, the community’s diverse neighborhoods and shared open spaces interact to create the sense of living with the land.

Honoring a former cattle ranch

In the 1900’s, DC Ranch was the fabled West of cowboys and cattle drivers. DMB honors those origins with the use of native materials and an earthy color palette.

Harmony between desert and dwellers

To preserve the fragile desert, DMB made certain that streets flow with the contours of the land. Xeriscaping, which requires little water, is used throughout DC Ranch.

Amenities that provide everything but the expected

At DC Ranch, country club amenities are the highest caliber, from the superb golf course to the six tennis courts, fitness center, grand event courtyard and more.

DC Ranch Residential

Connecting People. Conserving the Land.

When DMB set out to build DC Ranch, preserving the character of the land was a priority. It took such precedence that of the community’s 8,300 acres, 4,600 will remain protected in the adjacent McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Paths and trails connect residents with both unspoiled desert land and each other, adding to the vibrance of the community.
