Summer vacation is over. The kids are back in school. As life swings back into familiar rhythms, Valley restaurateurs are gearing up for the 2012-13 season.
This year’s crop of new restaurants is one of the more promising I’ve seen in a while, perhaps an indication that we are inching our way out of the recession. Here are 13 of the most intriguing debuts scheduled over the next few months…
