DMB Associates Builds a Community Garden in Mesa

With rakes and shovels in hand, 40 volunteers with DMB Associates turned a once vacant lot in Mesa into a community garden. For the past 22 years, DMB Associates has worked with Rebuilding Together to reinvest in the community and engage their employees in neighborhood projects. 

This year, the DMB team selected a project in a historic Mesa neighborhood, as it prepares to debut the newest community in the East Valley – Eastmark.

Eastmark Grand Opening on June 1

MESA, Ariz. (March 4, 2013) – The first new large scale integrated community to launch in the Phoenix area in 10 years will hold a grand opening event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2013 to showcase its first phase of residential homes and the first phase of the Eastmark Great Park. Eastmark, located in the heart of the East Valley, is a vibrant new community focused on creating a connected life for its residents, employers and visitors.

Securing another major milestone for DMB Associates’ Eastmark community, BASIS, Arizona’s nationally renowned charter school, will open their BASIS Mesa at Eastmark campus in August 2013.

DMB is committed to building communities where learning is a way of life. We’re delighted to bring this charter school option to future Eastmark residents in the early phase of the community’s development. AV Homes and JEN Partners Acquire 527 Acres at Eastmark

Land to be Developed as Active Adult and Executive Club Communities 

JEN Partners and AV Homes have purchased 527 acres to create a gated executive club community and an active adult community at Eastmark, DMB Associates’ newest large-sclae, integrated community in the East Valley.

AV Homes plans to build approximately 1,000 homes under its Vitalia active adult brand on 310 acres. JEN Partners plans to develop the remaining 217 acres into a gated executive club community.
